This house is 1,612 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is sitting on a 0.55-acre lot. It was originally built in 1986 and our revitalization period has been from October 2023 to April 2024. The home is in a modern country house style with balancing contemporary and rustic touches.

As seen from the pictures above, there was a lot of effort and care put into the home. Starting from the exterior, a new driveway was paved along with a new front porch. Our team repaired much of the siding, and brand new exterior doors were installed. There is also a new mailbox!

Regarding structural renovation, we rebuilt the back wall in the kitchen and in the primary bathroom and replaced large sections of drywall throughout the home. A Laminated beam was put in place between the kitchen and living room to open both of the spaces. New plumbing was added, and HVAC updates were performed. The floor in the primary bedroom was leveled and new LVT and trim were installed in the entire home. 

After all of the structural renovations we spruced up the home quite a bit. The entire home was repainted in Silver Strand (SW 7057). Brand new interior doors and door knobs were installed. The cabinetry and vanities are all new. We added new countertops: kitchen (Butcher Block) and bathrooms (Quartz). In the bathrooms, we implemented a more contemporary element with the arched, black metal framed mirrors. For all the closets, we installed custom built shelving for the perfect fit.
